WHO WE ARE
Its pretty simple. Two brothers who started a custom home building company in 1992 because we thought we could offer a better building experience for people wanting to build a new home.
Our History
Starting in 1992, we have been building custom homes in Northeast Georgia for about 31 years now. We started pioneering green home building in the area and became certified by the Department of Energy through their Energy Star program in the early 2000's. We also became one of the first builders to be certified by EarthCraft House, a high end green building standard. Following that we qualified as "Certified Green Professionals" with the NAHB's NGBS (National Green Building Standard) a nationally recognized green building standard. Over the years we have also built certified homes for Georgia Power's "Good Cents" and Jackson EMC's "Right Choice" home programs. We are also certified by Southern Living as one of their Custom Builder Program members. A very prestigious distinction, we have been in their Custom Builder Program for over 15 years now. Not many can qualify for this and we are proud that they are willing to put their name on our product. Today we continue our legacy of building quality custom homes. Our Region
Although we started in Gainesville, Ga. we have grown into a larger region including Hall, White, Habersham, Rabun, Lumpkin, Banks and Stephens Counties.
